Registration open for the 2023 PSAC National Young Workers Conference

Registrations are now open for the 2023 PSAC National Young Workers Conference, to be held in person from April 21-23, 2023 in Montreal with the theme “Young Workers: Growing Union Power.”

At the conference, delegates will work to disrupt and decolonize the existing power structures within the union and our workplaces, develop skills to engage in their roles in the union, and learn about how to take on emerging labour movement issues. Young labour leaders will be empowered to get involved at all levels where decisions are made. Workshop topics include effective leadership, breaking down member apathy, how young workers can rebuild post-pandemic, striking 101, decolonizing our collective agreements, and more. Members who are 35 years old and younger are eligible to apply by January 6, 2023.
