Starting at the 2023 Convention, our Component will honour its members with a UHEW Inspiration Leadership Award that falls into four categories. We want to recognize our members for their day-to-day excellence and efforts in supporting the members and the work of the Component. It shall be presented at an appropriate time during the Component Convention to celebrate our leaders.
