On April 8, we recognize the International Day of Pink. It is a day to stand against bullying, homophobia, transphobia, and discrimination in all forms.
Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected at work. But we know that many people still face harassment, exclusion, or barriers because of who they are.
As union members, we have a role to play. That means speaking up when something isn’t right, supporting one another, and making sure our workplaces are inclusive and respectful.
Creating safer workplaces is not just about awareness—it’s about action. It’s about ensuring policies are followed, concerns are taken seriously, and people are treated with dignity.
Thank you to all members who help build workplaces where everyone can belong.
