The 4th National Triennial Convention of the Union of Health and Environment Workers will be held at Delta Hotels Saint John (39 King St, Saint John NB E2L 4W3), beginning, Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 and concluding Thursday, August 20th , 2026.

- Receipt of Minutes from general meetings where elections were held: April 1, 2026
- Local online notification of their delegate, observer and alternate names: April 5, 2026
- Receipt of resolutions: May 5 2026
- Online registration for delegates: May 14 2026
- Online registration for observers: May 21, 2026
- Nomination Deadline: Tuesday, August 18 2026 – 5:00pm – Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT)
